The Len Tyler Music School is a specialist music kindergarten offering quality classes for children from birth to about 8 years old. Since opening in January 1994 the School has proved to be very popular and now has over 480 children receiving lessons. Children have been brought for lessons from as far away as Alton, Ascot, Basingstoke, Bracknell, Hungerford, London, and Oxford. Founded in January 1994 the School was accredited by Colourstrings within 6 months of opening. As the school's reputation has spread visiting teachers have travelled from far and wide to observe the classes and techniques used. Teachers have travelled from as far afield as Corby, Birmingham, and Kelso (Scotland). There is even a teacher due to visit from Geneva later this year.

The School offers : Accredited Colourstrings Music Kindergarten Based on the work of Kodaly and Dalcroze Child friendly approach Trained and qualified teachers

Classes are held in Fleet or Aldershot (Hampshire UK) and usually comprise up to 16 children with two teachers working in tandem.

Lessons are all planned in advance and run during normal term time. The School adheres to Hampshire schools term times where possible.
