The Len Tyler Music School is a specialist music kindergarten offering quality classes for children from birth to about 8 years old. Since opening in January 1994 the School has proved to be very popular and now has over 500 children receiving lessons. Children have been brought for lessons from as far away as Alton, Ascot, Basingstoke, Bracknell, Hungerford, London, and Oxford. As the school's reputation has spread visiting teachers have travelled from far and wide to observe the classes and techniques used. Teachers have travelled from as far afield as Geneva (Switzerland) Oerlinghausen (Germany) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) as well as from all countries in the UK.

The School offers : Accredited Colourstrings Music Kindergarten Based on the work of Kodaly and Dalcroze Child friendly approach Trained and qualified teachers

Classes are held in Farnham (Mondays), Hook (Tuesdays) Aldershot (Wednesdays) and Fleet (Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings) and usually comprise up to 16 children in a class.

Lessons are all planned in advance and run during normal term time. The School adheres to Hampshire schools term times where possible.
